REDEEMED PAD

The Redeemed Pad is a One-stop Electronic Tablet for accessing all RCCG Manuals, audio messages and also a Soul-enriching and Evangelism Tool. Though it is custom-made for RCCG, but it is also designed with many other features. As a result, additional applications can be downloaded to it from the Google Play Store. The Redeemed Pad also has a SD Card slot which enable the users to expand the memory to accommodate other resources. The Redeemed Pad is endorsed by RCCG.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Device is warrantied for 6 calendar months (excluding hardware & screen).

2. All Apps and programmes are to be updated via the Play Store (Apps Store)  

3. Note that Sunday School & Open Heaven Devotional Apps are to be updated or purchased annually on the Play Store. 

4. Device comes with 1G RAM & 16G ROM Memory.

 5. Software updates are done via Broadcast. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

As a bookshop, certain items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns for the following:

1.⁠ ⁠Books: Returns are not accepted if the parcel has been opened or if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Devotionals: Due to their dated nature, devotionals are not eligible for return after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Products: Digital products, including MP3 and MP4 downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Gift Items: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items returned without prior approval.
