We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible using trusted third-party delivery partners. Depending on the products ordered, your items may arrive in separate shipments. Shipping costs are calculated per order.

How long do I have to return my item?
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
As a bookshop, certain items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns for the following:
1. Books & Devotionals: Returns are not accepted after 3 days of receiving your order, or if the parcel has been opened.
2. Digital Products: Digital products (downloadables) such as MP3, MP4 and E-books are not returnable and not refundable.
4. Gift Items: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items returned without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued at more than £15, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
