Shipping Information
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible using trusted third-party delivery partners. Depending on the products ordered, your items may arrive in separate shipments. Shipping costs are calculated per order.
Delivery times vary based on product availability, product type, and your location. Estimated delivery lead times are provided on each product page.
If you choose to have your order shipped to a freight forwarder, please note that our responsibility ends once the shipment has been delivered to the freight forwarder. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during the freight forwarding process.

How long do I have to return my item?
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
As a bookshop, certain items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns for the following:
1. Books: Returns are not accepted if the parcel has been opened or if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.
2. Devotionals: Due to their dated nature, devotionals are not eligible for return after 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Digital Products: Digital products, including MP3 and MP4 downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Gift Items: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items returned without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved and a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you will depend on your location.
For items valued at more than £15, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
