Users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. Please send the request deletion email to sales@rccg.co.uk from the email address associated with your Redemption Store account, or include the email address associated with the account so that we can identify and verify your request.

Once your request has been verified, we will process the deletion of your customer account and personal data associated with the account.
