There are numerous books on leadership. Many of them are written by renowned, world-famous leadership experts. I have read a few of such books, and have gained great insights from them.

However, in my decades of ministry, I have found that there is no book that captures the essence of leadership and its principles quite like the Bible. I have found also that there is no greater model of leadership than the Lord Jesus Christ. 

This book is the result of a spirit-led study of leadership principles as outlined in the Bible, the dos and don’ts of leadership and a case-study analysis of leadership.

I am confident that as you read this book and apply the principles in your leadership journey, you will experience great growth and advancement as a leader in all aspects of your life, in Jesus’ name.

About the Author

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye is the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the fastest-growing churches in the world with parishes in over 180 countries. As a bookshop, certain items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns for the following:

1.⁠ ⁠Books: Returns are not accepted if the parcel has been opened or if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Devotionals: Due to their dated nature, devotionals are not eligible for return after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Products: Digital products, including MP3 and MP4 downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Gift Items: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items returned without prior approval.
