According to U.S. government statistics there are currently 11.6 million widows in our country. They are in varying stages of grief. Little has been written on specifics of how to adjust to the stage of widowhood.
In August, 1992, Dr. Jan Sheble became a widow overnight. Her husband contracted an anaerobic bacterium and died within twenty-four hours. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
As a bookshop, certain items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns for the following:
1. Books: Returns are not accepted if the parcel has been opened or if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.
2. Devotionals: Due to their dated nature, devotionals are not eligible for return after 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Digital Products: Digital products, including MP3 and MP4 downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Gift Items: Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for items returned without prior approval.
