There are numerous books on leadership. Many of them are written by renowned, world-famous leadership experts. I have read a few of such books, and have gained great insights from them.

However, in my decades of ministry, I have found that there is no book that captures the essence of leadership and its principles quite like the Bible. I have found also that there is no greater model of leadership than the Lord Jesus Christ. 

This book is the result of a spirit-led study of leadership principles as outlined in the Bible, the dos and don'ts of leadership and a case-study analysis of leadership.

About the Author

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye is the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the fastest-growing churches in the world with parishes in over 180 countries.
